february loves...


one last love of the month.
as stress has built up this year, i've found my form of exercise even more valuable.
i love pilates.
i go to a small studio downtown; mostly group mat classes and just recently added a private session once a week.
i love the movements, the need to focus my mind on the task at hand, and the results.
