baking week.

i've been tempted by some bloggers' recipes this week and spent a couple mornings before work making some treats.
monday was this yummy banana peanut butter chocolate chip bread (i omitted the peanut butter chips).
wednesday i made this lemon curd.
so this morning we had plain scones that we could put the lemon curd onto.
yum.
but i must confess, i'm feeling it's time for some green juice and getting back on a healthier track.
for myself, this birthday month, and our little nicolai xander.
