so, how was the meal last week?
we loved it.
d even says it may have been the best pizza he's had in his life.
i still love the pizzas he makes at home.
we tried their butternut squash and celery root soup, wood fired beets, and three pizzas: daisy, sauce, and white.
these pizzas, coming right from the wood fired oven, are slightly crispy and perfectly chewy.
for dessert we tried the hot chocolate ice cream with fingerling potato and goat's milk ricotta doughnuts.
we'd go back in a heartbeat.
