my husband: the baker.

since d has been home a lot lately, we've got fresh bread on the counter again.
this week, it's a cinnamon raisin bread that is delicious as breakfast toast.
(and for those of you worrying about his layoff, fear not...just today he lined up a 90-day temp-to-hire gig for a local company he has been quite interested in, which starts mid april...there is some light at the end of his tunnel.)
the recipe is from brother juniper's bread book, by peter reinhart, one of d's go-to bakers.
