recipes worth repeating.

lemonade at the boys' recent lemonade stand.
maple pumpkin muffins because we still had a can sitting around that nicolai wanted to use.
basic banana muffins because our bananas keep going soft.
cabbage pad thai.
white bean soup.
pasta con ceci.
creamy lemon pasta.

some girlfriends and i were recently messaging about cooking dinner and having kid(s) that won't eat what we make (and we all LOVE cooking).
it got me thinking...what are some easy go-to meals that can accommodate bland loving kiddos.

baked potatoes are an easy one for us (especially used in winter): people can add their own butter, cheese, beans/chili, sour cream, green onions/chives, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
nachos: people can add their own sour cream, black beans, corn, tomatoes, green onions, salsa, and hot sauce.
do you have meals like this that are quick and very easy to adapt for different tastes.
i'd love your input.
